President / Founder

 

Veronica Mitchell was born in West Palm Beach, FL. She is the founder and President of InvestBack Community Empowerment Inc. She began her career in the Banking Industry as a teller, swiftly moving into a leadership position as a Customer Service Manager. She has over 10 years in the Banking Industry at local banks within the Palm Beach county area. She currently works for a Government Agency in Palm Beach County. 

 

During her banking career, her position as a Customer Service Manager afforded her the privilege of forming strong long term relationships with customers and co-workers. There she went beyond her job title by helping senior customers balance their checkbooks, pay their bills, and provided a listening ear of compassion.

 

Veronica’s exceptional strengths include leadership, integrity, communication, commitment, and influence.

 

Veronica earned an Associate of Arts Degree from Palm Beach State College in Lake Worth, FL and a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Northwood University, West Palm Beach, FL. She is currently working on attaining her Master’s Degree.

 

She currently resides in West Palm Beach, FL with 2 of her 3 children, with the oldest a “Gates Millennium Scholar” attending the University of Florida.
